DEFINITIONS <\/span><\/b><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun: 'yes'; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: SimSun; color: #000000; font-size: 13.0000pt; mso-font-kerning: 0.0000pt;\">For the purpose of this ABC Policy: <\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun: 'yes'; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: SimSun; color: #000000; font-size: 13.0000pt; mso-font-kerning: 0.0000pt;\">(a) <\/span><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #000000; font-size: 13pt;\">Bribery <\/span><\/b><span style=\"mso-spacerun: 'yes'; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: SimSun; color: #000000; font-size: 13.0000pt; mso-font-kerning: 0.0000pt;\">means the act of giving or receiving \u2018gratification\u2019 in exchange for some kind of influence or action in return, that the recipient would otherwise not offer. <\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun: 'yes'; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: SimSun; color: #000000; font-size: 13.0000pt; mso-font-kerning: 0.0000pt;\">(b) <\/span><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #000000; font-size: 13pt;\">Company <\/span><\/b><span style=\"mso-spacerun: 'yes'; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: SimSun; color: #000000; font-size: 13.0000pt; mso-font-kerning: 0.0000pt;\">means Platinum Core Solution Sdn Bhd. <\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun: 'yes'; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: SimSun; color: #000000; font-size: 13.0000pt; mso-font-kerning: 0.0000pt;\">(c) <\/span><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #000000; font-size: 13pt;\">Corruption is <\/span><\/b><span style=\"mso-spacerun: 'yes'; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: SimSun; color: #000000; font-size: 13.0000pt; mso-font-kerning: 0.0000pt;\">the abuse of entrusted power for personal gain. Such violations may also severely damage the reputation of the Company and its Personnel. The Company also provides assurance that no Personnel shall be penalised or suffer any adverse consequences in retaliation for refusing to pay or receive bribes or participate in other illicit behaviour.<\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #000000; font-size: 13pt;\">6. PRINCIPLES ON ANTI-BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION <\/span><\/b><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #000000; font-size: 13pt;\">6.1 CONFLICT OF INTEREST <\/span><\/b><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #000000; font-size: 13pt;\">6.1.1 <\/span><\/b><span style=\"mso-spacerun: 'yes'; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: SimSun; color: #000000; font-size: 13.0000pt; mso-font-kerning: 0.0000pt;\">Conflict of interest may arise in situations where Personnel engage in business<\/span><span style=\"mso-spacerun: 'yes'; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: SimSun; color: #000000; font-size: 13.0000pt; mso-font-kerning: 0.0000pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"mso-spacerun: 'yes'; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #000000; font-size: 13pt;\">6.2.1 <\/span><\/b><span style=\"mso-spacerun: 'yes'; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: SimSun; color: #000000; font-size: 13.0000pt; mso-font-kerning: 0.0000pt;\">Generally, Personnel may accept or offer gifts and hospitality <\/span><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #000000; font-size: 13pt;\">ONLY <\/span><\/b><span style=\"mso-spacerun: 'yes'; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: SimSun; color: #000000; font-size: 13.0000pt; mso-font-kerning: 0.0000pt;\">where they are: <\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun: 'yes'; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: SimSun; color: #000000; font-size: 13.0000pt; mso-font-kerning: 0.0000pt;\">(i) infrequent; <\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun: 'yes'; color: #000000; font-size: 13.0000pt; mso-font-kerning: 0.0000pt;\">(a) Acceptance of gifts and hospitality is allowed provided that gifts and hospitality received shall be <\/span><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';
